NEW FutureWorks begins February 8

FutureWorks, the FREE trainings and certifications program for young people 16-24 years old from Mount Vernon and New Rochelle, begins its 2021schedule February 8 - March 12.

In addition to earning up to six certifications, successful participants now also earn an SST card, which includes OSHA-30, 8-hour fall protection, and 2-hour drug and alcohol awareness. See the complete list of trainings and certifications on the flyer.

The course also includes a hands-on experience of a kitchen remodel, where participants will learn how to put up drywall, tiling, painting, sink installation, and more. Participants will also receive power and hand tool training.

FutureWorks is funded through the Westchester Community Foundation and is presented in partnership with Soulful Synergy.
