Are you ready to make a difference? Our free, community workshops for September-December include topics such as suicide awareness and prevention, substance use addiction, and helping those who have a disability gain independence. Our workshops provide the tools, knowledge, and support you need to help yourself or someone you care about. Workshops are virtual.

Suicide Awareness & Prevention: Learn to recognize the warning signs, break down stigmas, and provide life-saving interventions. Understand how to create a supportive environment for those in crisis. Instructors are trained in QPR (Question. Persuade. Refer.), the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. We offer QPR at least one time a month.

Substance Use: Explore the complexities of substance use disorders, from understanding addiction to helping others find paths to recovery. Gain practical strategies for reducing harm and offering meaningful support. Learn about the various treatment options available, including medication assisted treatment.
